  3. Based on these principles, how does God instruct us to handle anger? Which of these instructions is most difficult for you?
  4. In what ways might anger feel like it protects you?
  5. In what situations do you most often find yourself becoming angry?
  6. Consider this statement:
    • “If I don’t hold onto my anger, it may feel like I am agreeing with how someone is making me feel.”
    • Have you experienced something similar? What was happening in that situation?
  7. The lesson suggests that anger can act as a “solution” to a deeper problem. Can you think of ways you might use anger to cope with fear, hurt, or vulnerability?
